This condo is the perfect place to stay for you to enjoy everything the Garden City area has to offer! The Beach House condo complex is an ocean front building which provides beautiful ocean views across the communal pool. Conveniently located only minutes from the Garden City Pier, you can find live music, an arcade and much more! Plan your trip to Beach House 302 so you can look forward to relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the waves.
EXTERIOR FEATURES
Shared Pool (Open Seasonally From April 1st to October 1st from 9am-10pm Daily) - Professionally Maintained, Outdoor Shower, Private Balcony, 1 Parking Spot, Non-Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
(Two): 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room
BATHROOM LOCATIONS
(Two): 1 Private, 1 Hall Access
PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions (Streaming Available), Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
