Welcome to New Braunfels, home to Wurstfest and the world-famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark! Our two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps six and includes a private balcony overlooking the Guadalupe River and community pool. Enjoy private river access where you can fish, paddle board, tube the river and swim. Close to restaurants, shopping, and live music and only 10 mins to Buc-ee's or the Gruene Historic District home to the oldest dance hall in Texas, Gruene Hall.

2 bedroom 2 bath condo located in the Riverside Condos featuring a pool with a grilling area that overlooks the Guadalupe River.

- King bed in master with ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to balcony overlooking the river
- King in second bedroom
- Full sleeper sofa in living room
- Hall bath shared

Includes fully stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, spacious living room with stone fireplace, and corner balcony overlooking the river and pool.

Guests will have access to community property (private Guadalupe river access, pool and grill). Guest will have one reserved covered parking spot. Ample additional parking available in any uncovered parking spot.

No trailer parking allowed.

Great place

This place was clean and very quiet. Its place along the river was great for getting in the river and fishing from the bank. We enjoyed the peaceful evenings sitting on the patio looking at the river in peace and quiet. Plus I enjoyed catching a few sunfish and bass with my kids so do not forget your fishing poles. The house has every amenity you need to fix a quick breakfast and a cup of coffee to enjoy a morning on the river. The host was very responsive and gave great clear instructions on how to check in and checking out. Book this place and enjoy New Braunfels and come back and enjoy the peace and quiet in a gated community.
