Remarkable waterfront condo overlooking the gorgeous Comal River!

Rapids 104 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that accommodates up to 4 guests.
Master: 1 King
2nd Bedroom: 1 King

Fully furnished with linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, a washer/dryer, TVs, and more!
Regular drip coffee maker and coffee included. The unit has a Kureig machine, please bring your own k-cups.
This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.

Very disappointed in this unit. Pictures showed bright open windows. Reality was shades all closed because property next door was not kept up and not a nice view. Photos showed hardwood floors. Reality was carpet in bedrooms. Stain in main bedroom looked like blood. So off putting. I reached out and told management and asked them to discount the rate because I felt like it was not accurately depicted in the photos. They said they would not but would take my opinions into account for other future renters. Upon checkout, I received an email telling me how to them. It was an overall very disappointing experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to see a review that contains multiple misleading statements about the property. For clarification to future guests, the listing photos and description accurately depict the unit, including the carpeted bedroom areas. At no point were hardwood bedroom floors advertised. The statement claiming otherwise is simply inaccurate. The stain referenced during the stay was also not “blood” or a sanitation concern, despite the guest’s speculation. It is a pre-existing rust stain from a past furniture issue that had already been addressed and was explained immediately when the guest contacted us. The condo was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, and there were no cleanliness or safety concerns with the unit. The review also references dissatisfaction with a neighboring property, which is entirely outside of our ownership or control. The listing is intended to accurately represent the rental unit itself, its amenities, and its riverfront location. The morning after this guest arrived, the guest requested a 50% refund on her entire stay based on these concerns and implied they would escalate the matter further if compensation was not provided. After reviewing the situation, we determined the concerns raised did not reflect any misrepresentation, cleanliness failure, or issue warranting compensation, though we did take the feedback into consideration. We welcome honest and constructive feedback from guests. However, we do not believe exaggerated or inaccurate claims made after a denied refund request provide an accurate representation of the property or overall guest experience.

We had a great stay!!! A nice condo to stay in for a long weekend. Also great the river is so close. All access to everything and instructions were left in the condo with no issues. We would stay at this condo again or another property in the future.

Clean and good location

We stayed here because it was close to the beer festival. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It has access to the river and they provide tubes. Would definitely stay here again. It would be perfect for 2 couples, each bedroom had its own bathroom.

We really enjoyed our four-day weekend! The condo was spacious, comfy and well-stocked. And the location was perfect to enter the Comal and float for 1.5 to 2.5 hours to the last public exit. We even walked back to the condo (about 15 minutes)!
