About this property

This Boat Don't Float! A Refurbished 50 ft House boat

Welcome Aboard to our completely refurbished 50 foot houseboat! It has been retired from sailing the seas and is now a permanent dry-docked boat house!

The boat house has a great location. It's just 5 minutes from Jodi's Bait shop. Bring your boat, water toys and all your fishing gear and choose which lake to visit each day. There are 5 boat ramps less than 10 minutes away that serve Lake Russell and Clarks Hill (Strom Thurmond Lake).

If fishing isn't your favorite, visit the Elbert County Wildlife Management Areas to hunt for deer, turkey & other small game.

Not a hunter or fisherman? That's fine too! Whatever the reason you are in the area, we would love to have you stay in our boat.

The boat is fully furnished, has TV and wifi and Sleeps 3-4 people. There are 2 twin beds in the main bedroom and one hallway nook bed. A child could sleep in the hallway nook bed and/or on the couch. There is also space in the living room for a blow up twin size mattress. Bed linens are provided. A full bathroom is also stocked with towels.

The living room has a loveseat couch and massage chair for our weary travelers to relax to the fullest. A stocked kitchenette allows for light meal preps while you relax. There is not a full stove but we provide an electric double burner & flat iron to cook with while you are here. Microwave, coffee pot and utensils are all stocked and ready for use.

This is NOT a party destination. NO outside speakers allowed. If you have more than 3-4 people who need a vacation, consider booking our other 2 bed/1 bath property located on the same grounds. The property ID is 4477805.

Lake Russell is approximately 26,500 acres in size with 540 miles of shoreline and is one of the few lakes in the Southeast that remains undeveloped, pristine and naturally picturesque. The area provides a wide variety of recreational activities including water sports, boating, hunting, fishing and hiking. Largemouth base and Striper fishing on Lake Russell is so popular that numerous fishing tournaments are held throughout the year.
