We didn't want to leave the Lake Cottage! Never left a vacation so rested. The home is much bigger and better than the pictures describe it. There is a large screened in porch and also a deck with chairs, tables, loungers, porch swing and two charcoal grills and one gas grill. Fully fenced in large front yard was great for our furry children as they ran around and chased the ball. Thank you for being Dog friendly. During the day, we sat on the dock watching the boat activity from the campsite across the way. Even though there was boat activity, it was still very peaceful and private. At night we made a campfire in the fire pit and listened to the sounds of the outdoors. We can tell the home improvements and it felt very clean. There is a door and drapes for privacy in both rooms. There were plenty of towels, dishes and utensils. Laura was responsive and very easy to work with. We had trouble figuring out how to watch cable and she walked me through it. Just as an FYI, there is not a DVD player in the house which didn't bother us at all. I couldn't find extra trash bags, but we brought our own. We will definitely book again!
