Wonderful little cabin. Only thing they need is maybe some hooks for coats at the front entrance. Other than that everything was as expected and really great.

Chipmunks, groundhogs and deer, oh my!

Took 2 grandchildren, 5 and 7, to Deep Creek, for holiday weekend. Perfect distance from the lake for quiet time. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed our time. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made our stay perfect. Full, but small, kitchen, nice appliances and TVs. Wish we had instructions to use the awesome sound equipment as we prefer music in the house. Overall, loved it

Deep Creek

Everything sbout property was great. I appreciated how clean it was and how well it was supplied. My complaint is that there is no place for 4 adults to relax together. Moving the table in the kitchen and adding a couch would definitely help. Additionally, it would be great if there were some chairs on the porch. Thanks again for the stay.

Overall we were very happy with the cabin and our stay. The cabin was clean and everything was updated. It was very cute and cozy for us and our dog. The only reason we are rating a 4 out of 5 is because two of the ceiling lights were not working so it was dark in the upstairs loft. We move a lamp to the downstairs seating area but it would have been better with proper lighting. However I would very positively rate the property management company for responding within an hour to the leaky kitchen sink which they repaired for us the first evening.

Overall, the stay was great! It was clean, quiet and isolated from neighbors.Location was amazing and very accommodating if you're traveling with pets.The grill was ready for use, and you get a lot of bird visitors!A suggestion to the provider would be to include an actualy chef knife set instead of random knives in the drawer. What was available was in my opinion, a cause for concern considering how dull the chef knives were. If not providing an "OK" knife set, at least provide something to help sharpen the chef knives so you're not struggling to cut a tomato for your burgers.During our stay, we had an unexpected maintenance performance with the hot tub. We had gone out for a hike and after returning there appeared to be maintenance being performed on the hot tub. Our intent was to use the hot tub prior to heading out for dinner.Maintenance was not aware that the location was rented out during the weekend which led me to believe that hot tub maintenance had not been performed prior to our arrival. This meant that we had to wait close to 6 hours to allow for the water temp to be usable. We weren't able to use the hot tub until 1030PM the night before our departure.
