The house was clean, newly renovated and in a very convenient location on the lake. The dock was very nice, new, and had a roof for some shade. The water level was extremely low for docking my boat, but that is out of the owners control due to a drought. The floating dock could only be accessed from off the ground. Thankfully I brought extra boat fenders due to the amount of jet ski traffic causing several waves. It was not located in a no wake zone. There is a nice public boat ramp about 10 minutes from the house and open to the public. I was the only person there for unloading and loading my boat. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. The AC worked great and the grill was clean. The internet worked well, was fast and we had no glitches. There was plenty of parking my truck, trailer and my wife’s SUV in the turnaround driveway. . The house was located in a Cal-de-sac. The neighborhood was extremely quiet at night but the house and dock are well lit with multiple string lights. We loved our stay and if available, will rent the same location ext year.
