We had a wonderful stay. We felt like we had plenty of space and it was very clean, and the communications with the hosts were excellent. It was so wonderful having so many places to shop and eat so close by. . would definitely stay at this place again given the opportunity.

The hosts are very responsive and the rental is just as described. It was clean, nice, coffee pods a plenty, nice water pressure, heated mirror, good size smart tv, great area, nice access to food and convenience items, good central hub for Sohomish and Everett, I would stay again.

Lovely duplex in a great location. Everything was so close, shopping, lake, and freeway access. We really enjoyed using the picnic table in the private backyard. We have stayed at other VRBOs and this had the best beds ever! We slept great after a full day.

This place was fantastic! It's centrally located in Lake Stevens with easy access to the 9 and many stores and restaurants. The property was clean, well stocked, with a peaceful backyard large enough for our dogs to stretch their legs in. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to book a stay in this area!

Great space, clean room, came with some extra coffee which I appreciated. 10 min from the lake so we went for an early dip which was so so nice! Very close to target and Starbucks. Great space and honestly no complaints!

The space is very clean and comfortable, communication with hosts is great. The stairs are something to consider if you’re a senior but my parents who are in their 80s managed ok! I loved the backyard and the neighbor was friendly, too! The location is perfectly situated between stores/restaurants and the lake.
