Warm Welcome in Longneck!

We had a great time at Marvin's place. He was a very responsive host and made us feel welcome. Lovely space with amenities like towels, coffee, spices, laundry/dish soap and sheets. Thank you for your hospitality!

Marvin was a wonderful host who communicated promptly throughout our stay and answered all of our questions. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had absolutely amazing views. We especially loved the screened-in porch—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially on the rainy days. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Marvin’s place to others!

This host was absolutely exceptional!!! Super friendly and responsive. The place was very clean, and was located in a nice community. When we didn’t want to go to the beach, the pool was only a 10 minute walk! Parking was easy with the large garage, and I was also a fan of the washer and dryer… overall, the stay was 11/10!

This was our second consecutive year staying at this property and once again, it did not disappoint! Marvin was extremely communicative and provided plenty of information to make our check-in and stay a breeze. We stayed three nights with a family of five adults and a baby, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The unit was well stocked with essentials upon arrival, and every room was fresh and clean when we walked through the door. My favorite part of the property was the top-floor outdoor deck which overlooks the neighborhood across the street - it was a place where my wife and I would sit out every night to recap the day. The rental was just a short drive away from Paradise Grill and Baywood Greens, and was right around the corner from the Pot-Nets development where the rest of our party was staying. This was a great place for my family and I to unwind, and we will be back in the future for sure!
