Three separate lanais — one off the living room and one off each bedroom. The Terrace #1 is a Holmes Beach vacation rental where every level of the townhouse has its own outdoor access, and the free Anna Maria Island trolley stops less than one block away in either direction. Hop on in either direction to explore the full length of the island without a car.

The shared heated pool area has a pergola and multiple seating areas surrounded by native tropical plantings — the right setup for afternoons that don't need the beach to be complete. The pool deck has enough space to spread out comfortably for a group of six.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room pullout sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms. A stack washer and dryer is in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. Smart TVs throughout. High-speed WiFi included.

The beach is a 2-minute walk down a side street with no busy road to cross. The single-car garage keeps one vehicle covered.

Additional parking in the driveway.

The Terrace Condominium #1 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Perfect location with a bit of an ocean view

The unit was very comfortable with everything that we could need. We loved the location, just a block+ from the ocean. We also enjoyed the pool which was very clean and refreshing and large. The one car garage was definitely an added benefit - when getting into the car in the middle of the day and it is cool! In the garage were beach items, including a wagon and umbrellas and beach toys. It was just perfect and we hope to visit again some day!

Loved our stay, absolutely did not want to leave! Wonderful location, short walk from the beach and the beach equipment was GREAT! Everything was as advertised and we had a great time! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer/hose access after the beach was HUGE! Each room has a balcony which we loved the overall vibe felt like home not just a vacation. The pool was a nice break from the beach and glaring sun. We met a wonderful German couple that stay for weeks at a time at that same spot! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The kitchen has everything you need and having a washing machine and dryer come in handy. Location is perfect and we all really enjoyed the pool and the fact that the property is not large. All the other tenants were very nice, and we made some new friends.

The unit was very well appointed. The pool was nice. The other renters in the complex were friendly. A garage was included. All the beach toys you could need and only two blocks to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not our first time staying at this condo, which means that we are looking for the quality we have found before. And it was there. The condo was, clean on our arrival and comfortable for our stay. While the weather was up and down, we were able to enjoy the beach, eating seafood, biking, time with our families nearby, venturing around St.Pete and elsewhere, and did I say eating seafood. We're getting ready to reserve for next year - and that should be the best compliment of all!

Comfortable Three Week Stay

Reviewer Comments: We arrived at our condo in early March for a three week stay for what I call the 4 Bs - baseball (spring training), the beach, my brother (who lives nearby on the mainland) and seafood - ok, three Bs. The condo was well stocked with the necessary cooking equipment, beach chairs, and grill. It was clean and refreshed. The bed was one of the best we have ever slept in on a vacation. The location is a only a throw from the outfield to home plate from a beautiful beach. When the heat approached 90 at the beach, we were able to relax in the shade by the pool. The enclosed garage is a wonderful extra, where we could store our bicycles without having concern about their security, and local roads and regional trails made for great biking - and walking. There was a minor internet issue that IVP and the owner helped address quickly. Since we were staying for three weeks, the presence of the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge advantage. How much did we enjoy the condo? We're already booked for next year!

It is updated, quiet except for traffic on the front side which is not a big deal, has a garage, nice pool area, close to beach, all in all one of the best on the island in my opinion. Will definately stay here again. Only thing we missed was the view of the Gulf right outside the patio/deck, but all in all no big deal to walk to the beach for the sunset.

The Best!!!

This was my first time visiting AMI and this Condo was in the PERFECT location! It was maybe a 2 min walk to the most beautiful beach down a quiet street. The beach was never crowded and the sand and water were beautiful! The garage had everything you could possibly need for the beach as well as a hose to wash off all the sand before heading back into the condo. Across from Walgreens and only a little further to get to Publix, ice cream, and other restaurants. Trolley stop right across the street. The pool area was so pretty and private and felt great after a hot day at the beach. Comfy beds and the upstairs shower was amazing. Condo had everything you could possibly need for an amazing stay. Hope to return next year!!

Great location

The location was great! Pool was clean and landscaping great as well. The condo is an end unit so you get extra sun from a side window. The garage was HUGE and literally had everything we needed from beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Charcoal grill included as well and there was a hose to rinse off feet and sand gear also. It is a straight quick 5 minute walk to the beach through residential. Gas station across the street ice cream and pizza place and Walgreens and Publix about a block away. All very convenient but the condo was still private and quiet. Kitchen was updated - -furniture was all great and multiple patios. We especially liked the bedroom with the screened in porch and we could hear the wind in the palm trees as we slept with no bugs. Only downside is I felt that cleaning was skimped on. I had to retrieve some kid toys under beds and under a couch and there was a lot of hair balls and dust. Kinda grossed me out. THe pull out couch also we were going to use but once we took the cusions off the first night there was lots of crumbs etc from previous renters. Other than that, bathroom were clean and so was the kitchen and fridge etc. Could use a good deep cleaning with baseboards and floors I think. :)

Fantastic place!

We absolutely loved it here! It is such a short walk to the beach. It was very clean. The pool was so pretty and you only have to share it with 5 other condos. The garage is full of everything you could possibly need to head to the beach. Hope to go back!

Terrace 1 and Island Vacation Properties

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, my wife was putting items away; she pulled out some hot pads and noticed what looked like a maggot between 2 them; all 5 of the hot pads there were dirty, so she washed them. The silverware tray had crumbs in it, so my wife removed all the silverware & tray and washed them so we could use them. After the first day, we told the Property Managers that the ice maker in our Refrigerator/Freezer wasn't making ice, and that Water was dripping in our garage from above....a man came over to see if the arm on the ice maker was in the right position (of course it was) and another man came who said the dripping was from condensation...WRONG! The problems weren't taken care of at that time, so I called IVP back again 3 days later; this time the man said the toilet wax seal was bad, but that he didn't want to bother us!! Bother us; so it's OK that sewage water is dripping through the garage ceiling onto our van!! Finally they sent someone who knew what he was was a faulty water connection for the ice maker on the back of our refrigerator that was squirting water onto the floor, and causing a leak into our garage and onto our least it's better than poop water. What would have happened if I hadn't peristed.....thousands of dollars of damage I can assure you to that units floor and the garage ceiling below!! Whoever is responsible for cleaning and maintaining this unit needs to pay just a slight bit of attention to DETAILS!! Overall our stay was pleasant, but it could have been much better if we could have come into a unit that had been better cared for. The people at IVP were good to work with, but the people they or the Unit Owners hire to do their work need to be held accountable for doing their work properly.

Extremly clean, great location, very accommodating.

my husband and I wanted to take our three small children (3 months-4 yrs old) to the beach for labor day weekend. The house was extremly clean and had everything you need. The garage has so much to use for the pool and beach you don't even need to take your own beach toys. The walk to the beach was short and easy. And after the beach we relaxed at the pool. Publix was a short drive from the house. If your going with small kids I recommend taking a baby gate for the stairs especially of they aren't used to stairs.

Great Location

Nice Stay while it lasted

Reviewer Comments: We rented Terrace 1 in Holmes Beach from Feb. 29 to April 4th but had to leave on March 19th because of COVID-19.The Unit was great and so were the folks staying in the other units.The unit was very clean and it exceeded our expectations. We have a hold on it for next year but because our the CAN/US exchange rate we may need to stay home. We feel the large deposit required at this time is not economically wise. Hopefully our dollar will improve and we will be able to rent Terrace 1 in time for next year again.
