This fully renovated 1950s bungalow delivers something newer construction simply can't: authentic Old Florida character with modern comfort. The eat-in kitchen is spacious and fully equipped — full-size appliances, cookware, everything you need to cook in as easily as you dine out. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and 1-gig WiFi, whether you're streaming after a beach day or squeezing in a few hours of remote work. The bedroom provides a peaceful, private retreat dressed in fresh linens.

The bathroom is compact — we'll be honest about that. But step outside to the private outdoor shower and you'll quickly forget it exists. Guests call it one of the best parts of the stay, and they're right.

The real living happens outside. Your private patio with table and chairs is where morning coffee becomes a ritual. The heated pool is shared among just four bungalows — wrapped in lush tropical landscaping, quiet, private, and beautiful. After a long day at the beach, it's exactly where you'll want to be.
And the beach is never more than a two-minute walk. Publix, CVS, and some of Holmes Beach's best restaurants are steps away. The free island trolley puts the rest of AMI within easy reach — meaning once you park your car, you may not need it again until checkout.

Anna Cabana Bungalow #1 is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and remote workers who value location, intimacy, and genuine island character over unnecessary space.

There is a grocery store nearby and a nice strip mall with very good eateries. A wonderful experience and I would love to return.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT GETAWAY

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at the Anna Cabana bungalow! The location is unbeatable — just steps from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to all the best shops, restaurants, and ice cream spots on Anna Maria Island. The bungalow was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved starting our mornings on the patio with coffee and ending the day with sunset walks just around the corner. Quiet, charming, and truly a slice of paradise. Already dreaming about coming back!

Anna Cabana great little place

Very nice property. Perfect for 2 people. Nicely landscaped and private. Great pool and outdoor porch and patio. Only negative is the shortcut access to the beach has been closed off by neighbor's fence.

Total Relaxation

We were looking for a quiet place close to the beach and feel we couldn’t have found a better spot. Cabana #1 was clean and cozy, just right for 2 people. The beach chairs and umbrella were super nice and only a 1 block walk to the beach. The pool was great for relaxing at the end of the day. One of the most stressless vacations we have ever had as everything about our rental was as described.

Cozy bungalow

Great location and private. Beautiful landscape. Smaller unit and TV’s need to be upgraded. Should be better stocked with toilet paper, lotion, paper towel, salt and pepper, etc.

Quite Island Retreat

Clean and cozy. We ate our breakfast on our patio every morning, clean pool with a lot of groomed foliage. Romantic and my husband enjoyed the private outdoor shower. The pool was very nice to come back to, after a day at the beach. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella, with a very short walk to the beach. We plan on returning next year for annual "start of the summer" vacation. We also loved the "North Michigan" touch on the sign in the bedroom... we are from Grand Rapids, MI! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property.

It sounds like a jet engine. We turned the air off. The cushions on the chairs in the sun room need to be replaced.

BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING WITH TREES AND PLANTS. The unit was clean and the pool was wonderful and warm. The space was very small but it worked for us. The furniture in the living room should be updated. It was not comfortable and we couldn’t watch March Madness which was a bummer. We found two eating establishments within walking distance. Overall, a fun place to go.

As always, the unit was in great shape when we arrived - cleaned properly. IVP properties have always been in great shape when we arrive (I'm guessing we have rented via IVP at least 20 times). We were the first to stay in Anna Cabana #1 after the kitchen was nicely updated with new appliances and a few other tweaks. There was only one glitch - the hot water wasn't turned back on. Thankfully, property owner Mike was next door and he took care of that immediately (thanks again Mike). This trip it was only my wife and me, so a small unit like #1 worked out fine. The bathroom is quite tiny, but functional. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the kitchen roomy. The pool is just outside the slider through a nice patio w/table and chairs, and is shared with the other 3 units. There are ample seating options around the pool, and it is quite private with landscaping providing natural privacy barriers. The trip to the beach is literally across the street (not busy - residential street). Thanks again IVP and Mike for taking care of all of the details so that we could enjoy a great week at AMI again
