Large NE Los Angeles Home w/ Views of DTLA: This home accommodates up to 8 guests and features 2 fully equipped kitchens, making it ideal for large groups or multiple families, each with their own entrance. With ample comfortable living areas, a large backyard with a 4-hole putting green, and a full-sized bonfire, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with amazing views and just minutes from Dodger Stadium, Crypto Arena, and the Convention Center.

Guests have full access to the upstairs and downstairs units and the backyard, providing you with privacy and exclusivity.

There are several important things to note before booking:

PET FRIENDLY, there is a Cleaning Pet Fee of $100 per stay. Max 2 pets per stay. Please no fur babies on the beds.

NO PARTIES are allowed on the property.
Please respect our neighbors and keep your noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are form 10PM-8AM, during this time there is absolutely no activities or noise allowed on the outside of the house.
If there is party discovered you will be a subject to a $500 fine.

NO SMOKING.
We have a strict NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $450 penalty. You CAN smoke outside in the backyard.

PRIVACY & SECURITY. The house is quiet and secure, with a tall gate, digital locks, tall trees and tall wood fencing to ensure privacy.

Additional Amenities Available Upon Request:
• Tesla Charger: $25 per day
• Firewood: $20 per bag (about 5-6 logs per bag)

Amazing house that was perfect for our visit to LA. Thoughtfully stocked, extremely clean, very modern and had everything we needed. We were able to enjoy the backyard fire pit our last night in town, which was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend a stay here!

The house is very aesthetic very modern. Very clean and simple. Had all the amenities one needed. Description should have been better. Parking is very small. Stairs are narrow. Sheets need to changed out as they have holes and towels that are stained need to be replaced. And comforter had bleach marks.

We were honestly surprised to read some of these concerns, especially since we reached out during your stay to make sure everything was going well and you told us everything was great. Regarding parking, our listing does state that the parking spaces are best suited for compact and midsize vehicles. You also had both parking spaces available to you, meaning the full driveway could have been used to accommodate your larger truck. As for the stairs, in all the 3 years we have hosted guests at this property, this is the first time we have received a complaint about them. There are handrails provided all the way up for safety. We do appreciate you bringing the linens and towels to our attention. Had you mentioned any of this when we checked in with you, we would have gladly replaced anything you were unhappy with immediately. We genuinely wish you would have given us that opportunity rather than waiting until after checkout to mention these concerns in a review. We take our guests’ experience very seriously and work hard to maintain our home and provide a great stay. Reviews have a real impact on small hosts like us, which is exactly why we communicate with our guests throughout their stay and ask if there is anything we can do to make their experience better. We can only address an issue when we know about it, and we would have been more than happy to help had these concerns been communicated to us during your stay.

Only note is the home is a Duplex which I did not catch if mentioned anywhere, which did not hinder our enjoyment of the house. The house itself was very cozy and had everything we needed. The host is amazing and responsed very quickly to any questions that we had and was very attentive our entire trip.

The host, Rafael, was very warm and welcoming to pets and humans! Both units were fresh, clean, comfortable and stylish! We especially appreciated the well furnished kitchen since we did a bit of entertaining during our visit. The pots, pans, stove and dishwasher were in excellent condition! And Rafael's communications were all timely, friendly, and helpful. Five stars!

Great communication during our stay! Place was just what we needed for our family vacation. The home was clean and it was nice to have games to play. Host was readily available to help if needed. Will check to see if this place is available next time we are in town.
