Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen.

💵 Fees & Penalties
Damage to house and property will be charged based on the repair cost and all lost rental days.
Smoking inside: $500 fine + extra cleaning.
Unapproved late checkout: $50/hour.
Extra cleaning due to excessive mess may result in an additional fee.
