Welcome HOME! Step inside this single-story, ranch home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining & living rooms and a game room. You will have practically everything you need for your stay. Your personal oasis awaits with a deeper-than-normal pool (NO HEAT FEE), 3 waterfalls, a swim-up bar, sunken grill space, outdoor games and a brand-new hot tub! We are located 10 min. from the local casino & 20 min. from the Premium Outlets. It’s easy to see why you'll love our place!

Please treat our house with the same respect you would treat your own so others can enjoy it as well.
Although there is a perimeter fence, the pool is not fenced in. Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS OUTSIDE! Any glass, including beer/wine bottles you bring with you should be kept in the house. Plastic cups provided for your use

This property was more than I expected from the pics and descriptions. The house layout is comfortable and roomy with so many things for all ages to enjoy! The Infinity table was a great bonus and kids and adults loved it! The backyard is gorgeous with games to play, barbecue to grill on, beautiful pool to swim in and large hot tub to relax in. Bets is an amazing hostess that is very attentive and accommodating and her house is appointed with everything you need and more. We wished we could have taken this house home with us! Ten Stars!

Awesome Family Getaway

Great family home. Home very clean and comfortable. Swimming oasis is fantastic and games/entertainment for all ages. Home appliances are great and it is well stocked with kitchen items and bathroom items. We would definitely return for another weekend getaway.

The home was immaculate and beautiful! It was also nicely stocked with everything you could imagine as far as dinnerware and kitchen utensils are concerned. The owner was very responsive to a request we made and her property manager Sandy arrived to assist us. The area is quiet but close to all. We are looking for a home in Maricopa and would certainly return to this home while we search. Thank you Bets!

Very Good!

Overall, this was a very good rental house. It had everything you would need for your trip plus more. They had things for the kids and babies to play with and sleep with as well as extra amenities in the closets if you needed them. You could tell the owners care about the property and their guests based on the little things such as the cup station in the kitchen to use, laundry containers for detergent and dryer sheets, and extra toiletries in the bathroom.

With 5 of the grands!

Wonderful!! Way more than we expected! We have stayed at many places in US and out of the country and we enjoyed this one more than any for trip with our grandkids! House was so clean and more than well stocked with so many extra conveniences! The pool and backyard were amazing!! So many extras, real toilet paper, every spice you could want, comfy beds, kitchen appliances galore!! I could go on and on! We will definitely be staying here again! Maybe in cooler weather next time!

WOW! This property was everything the previous reviews said AND some. I was traveling with 5 TEENAGERS and there was not a bored teen the entire time. The game room was a huge hit! There was something for everyone! The kitchen was completely stocked, as well.I can not recommend this rental any more! It was so pleasant dealing with the owner. She was So accommodating. Please don’t think twice. My son and his family lives in town so I will definitely be back to this property next time i visit. Way better than a stuffy hotel.
