This was a perfect vacation home close by to everything. Although, the pool and hot tub were so nice we stayed at the home more than we originally planned. It was perfect for our large group. I would definitely book this location and home again.

The property is extremely nice and clean. The communication and customer service was exceptional. The pool was dirty when we arrived, but it had been raining th past few days and windy so that may have been the reason. I called shortly after we arrived about the pool and the pool guy was there in 10 minutes to clean it. Excellent property, you will not be disappointed!!

This property is the best! Easy access to town and beaches, quiet and lots of rooms and amenities. Had an issue with the upstairs dryer, maintenance never showed up. Another issue with lawn maintenance guy coming in backyard and mowing while some of family were swimming....grass and debris blew into the pool and all over them. Timing should have been better. The facility itself is great!

Family vacation

We loved the house and the pool. It was absolutely beautiful. Did have problems with the hot tub being warm and full the first few days. Took a pool company 3 days to get out to fix the pool cause pool pump was not working and pool was dirty. Need more sheet pans in kitchen could only find one. Dark out curtains would be awesome in bedrooms. Overall place was great and would deck perky be back.

Great place

Fantastic home and well appointed. Beds, linens, towels were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'd need. Fantastic views and while there are neighbors, it's quiet and peaceful. Only Two reasons for not giving 5 stars: 1) the BBQ is a small charcoal grill you'd see at a park and for a home at this price point and accommodates 20+ people, that is ridiculous. 2) Garbage collection once a week and only 3 cans available… again for a home this size, is ridiculous. We arrived to the previous renter's garbage stacked in the carport and it had to sit for 3 more days before pick up. The flies from the garbage were overwhelming. All that to say we'd rent the home again as we had a great time.

Coastal Charm

We enjoyed having the luxury of being on the lagoon, as well as having the salt water pool. The home was clean, cozy, and such a beautiful spot to spend some time away. We enjoyed not being in the beach traffic and appreciated the quietness. We felt like it was a home away from home!

Was a very nice property that made lots of memories! Loved the open floor plan on main floor! However the pool definitely needs a bit of attention and cleaning. The pool cleaner came out to clean it, but seems the water might need changed more often.

This is an amazing property. Very clean with great living room sofas. The hot tub and pool were great. My kids did not want to leave. The house is very well laid out for everyone to have privacy or be together. Every bedroom has great mattresses and TV. The wifi was awesome. The neighborhood is quite but close enough to everything. You can fish from the bank when the tide is in. The only thing that I could imagine that would make this property better would be a pier so you could fish all day. We caught several fish.

We loved the location!!! Truly beautiful views and so peaceful. The property managers were very quick to respond any needs that we had. There were a few issues with the hot tub not being warm, the water filter never was replaced, and there was a water issue. The team responded quickly to those needs, but it was unfortunate that the hot tub wasn’t able to be enjoyed!

Live Oak Villas is a fantastic property and absolutely gorgeous! It gave my Family of 6 (4 teenagers) more than enough space, and it was the quiet and serenity I desired, with million dollar views! The design, furnishings and linens were better than expected, and the master shower provided a spa like experience. Only drawback to this property was the pool and spa. The pool needed to be cleaned, and the spa heat had to be turned on remotely from the rental company, which was done on the 2nd day, and there were no active jets in the spa. This was disappointing, as it was a big reason we booked this property, and it was a miss from the rental company.Even with the pool/spa issue, we still had a great stay, and I would consider booking this property again!

The hot tub was not hot all day. The hot tub did get warm in the evening but never hot to the temperature listed on box outside. The pool was nice but needed cleaned so bad. We told them all Thursday one and two and nothing ever got fixed or cleaned. The house was clean and as described, but the communication and urgency to fix problems was NOT there. They told us to not have things delivered to house. Overall the kids had a great time, but I would be aware that the owners won’t do much to help make the stay better!

Memories Made

Memories were made and my entire family enjoyed themselves. Very nice and spacious.The trash was never picked up. All three cans were full when we arrived. And we put the cans out Friday for Saturday pick up as instructed. We arrived on Thursday and departed Sunday and trash never ran. Whomever cleans something was missed in the coffee maker because there were gnats inside of it. Just thought that would be something you would like to know especially whenever you’re paying someone to clean ( the rest of the house was spotless) so I’m sure they simply forgot.I’d definitely stay again.
