Really liked the Location and Amenities, the Ceiling Fans in the Bedrooms and Bathroom Exhaust Fans need to be replaced, they were noisy. But as I mentioned the Amenities and location were great. Would definitely recommend the place!

The house was wonderful and had a great central location in Cape Coral. There was nice playground nearby for our grandkids to use when they came. The burrowing owls were cool to see nearby also. it was close to a nice bike trail. The only problem was that the pool never got warm. it was 55 degrees in the pool when we arrived and after 3 weeks its was only 74. Thankfully our grands swam in it anyway! But we did not. Brrr!
