We had a wonderful 2 night stay! It was a perfect spot to host our two families together with great views of the sunrise on the beach. We could walk down to the beach for fun or stay at the pool all day. Our kids loved the adjoining units and pool to play in! We would love to visit again in the future!

Beach retreat

Came to New Smyrna Beach for my son’s wedding. We truly enjoyed our time. Location was perfect as son was married at Chases. Spent a few days at the beach and being provided beach supplies was awesome

Great units with a perfect location!!

This is my second time staying and first with both units. I still love this place and enjoy the views. The location is perfect with access to so much within an hour. The units are clean and have everything you need for your stay. Whether it’s a day in or a fun day at the beach or pool, these are perfect for your family and friends.

Adorable!!

This was our 2nd annual stay at Coastal Waters. The 3 of us were college roommates, and this is the perfect place for our beach reunion! We can’t wait to get back there next summer. It’s such a cute place, and we love it! Instructions are clear and everything you need is right there for you. Thank you, Lindsay! You’re terrific and we love your place!!

Unit is great! Overall building is lacking.

Our 4 night stay at Coastal Waters was overall good. The unit itself was comfortable, well stocked, and extremely convenient. Lindsay was swift to respond and always very kind. The extra beach towels and sand toys were very nice. The building itself was disappointing. It needed some upkeep, there was trash and dirty pool bathrooms, and there were a lot of people smoking in and around the pool. That being said, I wrote Lindsay about some of our issues and she was very kind and attentive. If the HOA can address the issues then I would definitely recommend staying here. :-)
