We stayed here for Cheyenne Frontier Days. This townhouse was a great price, very clean, in a great neighborhood, and only about an hour from Cheyenne. It was absolutely perfect for us. The host was also great at communicating before our arrival and during our stay.

This property has everything we needed for our stay while we were in town for a softball tournament. Great cute little condo! Plenty of room for the 2 of us! The garage was a nice bonus for us to park in the truck there was a hail storm that did some damage to the cars outside one night. We were able to fit our F150 Supercrew inside of it. Providing all of the small things for our trip was so nice for us! Laundry, some food, cooking supplies, etc. would definitely stay again!

Excellent Property

Everything was clean, well furnished, soap and shampoo were included, and my favorite part was the pantry labeled "food". I had a problem with the garage door opener but Caroline fixed it the same day. She promptly responded to my messages.I'd certainly stay here again.

Perfect place, near Greeley, Loveland and Longmont, just far enough off I-25 to be quiet. Super nice place. Clean and everything is labeled. Appreciated the place of rest from busy days. Everything worked perfectly with clear instructions. If you like quiet but convince within a 30 minute drive to major cities, this is the osasis for you. No swimming pool, but there is a YMCA across the field. Perfect for singles and small families. Host is very communicative.

The house was so cute & comfortable. There was a washer, dryer & accessories for doing your laundry. The bathrooms were a good size & one in each bedroom. Only complaints were, there were only 4 towels for 4 people for 3 nights. But that wasn't a big deal. The owner was available for any questions or issues we had so was prompt & helpful. The house was close to restaurants, etc. We really loved our stay would definitely rent again if we go back. Colorado is absolutely beautiful!

Thank you for your input. I don't always actually know how many people are staying so typically only leave 2 towels per bed. I will ask going forward to ensure that there are enough towels for everyone!

This lovely townhome is in a great location both community wise and for exploring this area of Colorado including scenic drives and the Rocky Mountain National Park.The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for cooking. Cabinets are labeled with contents which makes it so easy to find whatever guests might need. Additionally, it makes returning things to their proper place and easy task.Each of the two bedrooms has it's own bathroom, walk-in closet, desk, a bureau and a smart TV with easily accessed hookups for a Firestick or Roku. Carrie has ensured that each bedroom has its own set of towels, blankets, a laundry basket and a stand for a suitcase.The living room area has two comfortable sofas and a smart TV with easily accessed hookups for a Firestick or Roku.An additional bonus is the two-car garage.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Why they chose this property

Johnstown is close to a lot of great things to do. It's "in the country" but also a nice city you can walk around old town, grab a bite to eat or shop at the local family owned grocery store to cook at home. There's a newer area with lots of restaurants, a Scheel's, and close to I-25 is Buccee's.

What makes this property unique

It's a fun 2 bedroom townhouse that is close to Estes Park/ The Stanley Hotel, there are vintage plates, hand painted artwork and soft velvety couches to relax on while streaming your favorite show.
