Walk out balcony and private entrance through garage. Apartment comes fully furnished and kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all the basic utensils. Walking paths throughout neighborhood and around lake. Separate drive for parking. Located approximately 5 minutes to Windsor and 15 to Fort Collins.

The space was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The balcony had a beautiful view of fields and the lake and the bedroom and bathroom had views of the mountains. I was able to sit and listen to the birds and the water and was just really happy and content. Sad to leave, actually!

This is a great place to stay! Away from city noise and lights, quiet and comfortable, but a short drive from shopping and the CSU campus. The weather prevented us from getting to enjoy the patio but we could still enjoy the great view! Very clean and well stocked. Thank you for a great stay!

Felt very safe & clean. Neighbors were very friendly and the area is close to many places to eat, shop, or find entertainment. The tub is very tall which made it hard to get in and out of and bathe my kids but my husband who is 6ft had no problem. Would stay here again. Beautiful area.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. We loved the large tub and the bed was super comfy. Molly greeted us one night as we returned, she is a sweatheart. Perfect location just a few minutes from our son we hope to stay again on our next visit.
