A custom-built wet bar with a granite counters, freestanding stainless steel ice maker, wine rack, and sink provides extra space for beverages, while the family room boasts a custom-built entertainment center with a large flat screen television, DVD player, and cabinet storage. Other amenities include washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Nine TVs (cable), two DVD players, high speed Internet and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king and six queen-sized beds, plus two queen-sized sleeper sofas and two twin roll away beds. The outdoor living space features an oceanfront deck, rocking chairs, bistro tables and chairs, hammock, and private 11-foot-by-24-foot swimming pool (4.5-foot deep). The swimming pool can be heated, for an additional fee of $200, Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 55-degrees. Property accommodates up to six parking spaces. No smoking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
