Located in Shorewalk Vacation Villas near supermarkets, stores, great restaurants and minutes away from Anna Maria Island and beautiful beaches. If you’re looking for a quiet, private, relaxing space, THIS is the place for you.

Please be sure to read ALL house rules and “other things to note” below before completing your booking. Located near IMG Academy, State College of Florida, Anna Maria Island, University Park, Pirates Training Camp, Blake Medical Center, Riverwalk, Downtown Convention Center, Siesta Key and much more. This is a highly demanded waterfront condo in a charming villa in one of the safest regions of Bradenton.

You will find one King Size bed and two Single Size beds along with wall-mounted TVs. A private kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, and everything you need to cook your own meals. Guests will find books to read and fun board games to play.

I needed a nice nearby place to stay because I was having back surgery. I traveled from out of state, so it was important to be close. I had an unexpected complications and needed to keep extending my time. The host was gracious and made it easy to do so.

Nice place and condo!

Tennis Camp

We stayed 8 days during my daughter attending a tennis camp. The first two days were during Tropical storm/Hurricane Debbie. We ended up driving to The Mall at University Town Center and spent the day shopping for senior picture day clothing. The unit was spacious, nice and has a beautiful view. Even though my daughter wanted to stay at a place with a pool and not at a hotel. Well we never made it over to the pool. We spent our evenings at the beaches. Our last day we went to Universal Studios. My daughter is thinking of attending tennis camp over holiday break and would differently stay here again. Thank you Andy

Great location

Condo was good except it was sparsely furnished! (1 dish towel) otherwise it was a great month. It was clean and we enjoyed our time. I would recommend this condo!

Great vacation at SHOREWALK

We spent a great time at Andy's nice condo at Shorewalk which is situated close to shopping malls, the beautiful Brandenton beaches, Anna Maria Island and several Golf courses. We enjoyed our stay very much and like to thank Andy for hiskind hospitality. Susanne and William from Switzerland

dirty floors

Floors in the condo are tile and were not cleaned or wet mopped to remove the dirt. There was throw up on the master vanity door and pocket door entrance to the master bath. I was charged a cleaning fee, but it looks like those before me were not.

Great trip

My son and I stayed at this lovely property April 17-21. The condo had all the amenities listed on VRBO. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the small lake right outside the patio was a nice touch. I'm thinking about moving to that area of Florida and that was a great area giving us access to beaches and other activities within a few miles.

Nice place

The condo was located close to grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the dishwasher and washing machine/dryer worked great. The condo could have used a deeper clean and like other reviews said-the floor needed a good scrubbing. The pools were gorgeous and lots of seating was available but the staff at the community were obnoxious about their rules and it appears to be a retirement community so be aware of that when you take little kids there. The back screen door was not working well but the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Spring break get away.

We rented this property for my son and his family. Very nice property. Close to restaurants, grocery, beach. Very enjoyable. A water leak from apartment above was handled quicky and without disturbing our visit. Would love to stay here again in future visits. Thank you for sharing your property.

Shorewalk

The condo needs attention. Screen is not connected to door frame, seats are loose from dining chairs..very dangerous. Floor was filthy Refrigerator broke and was replaced, after all our food spoiled. No compensation from host was offered. Pool was nice and back patio was great. Needs bug service..cockroach in unit

Great place but needs some TLC

Good: Comfortable beds Good A/C Nice layout Great location - corner unit - lots of windows, quiet Bad: Floors were dirty - they turned our feet black when walking barefoot Ice maker and blender were broken Some dishes in cabinet (cooking pans and Pyrex) were dirty and had to be washed before using Some photos on listing were misleading - shower curtains covered old sliding glass shower doors, didn’t show that cable box is sitting on a chair in Master bedroom, 2 of 3 patio chairs have broken seats Several closet doors broken so they didn’t slide on the track. It’s a very nice condo, and has a lot of great features, but owner needs to take the time to check over everything, make some repairs, and make sure that it is truly deep cleaned between guests.

Decent condo

Condo was perfect for our family of three. The condo was very peaceful & quiet. Sleeping at night was a breeze. It is a end unit which was an added bonus. We did not utilize any of the amenities (swimming pools, etc) because we traveled to a different beach each day. The condo was conveniently located close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay here again.

Girls summer get away

Everything was so easy. The directions for everything was posted in easy to find places. Everywhere we wanted to go was super easy to find. Neighbors to very friendly and we had a blast making new friends at the pool. Great vacation.
