It has 4 bedrooms,2.5 bathrooms and it’s located in a complex featuring a resort-style pool.

House Rules & Booking Requirements

Guests local to the Pensacola area are required to provide a $250 refundable deposit.

The reservation allows for a maximum of 8 overnight guests.

A maximum of 10 people may be on the property at any time (including children). Local visitors are permitted; however, the total number of guests must not exceed this limit. Please provide the full names of any local visitors entering the property each day.

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and compliance.

Parking is limited to one vehicle in the driveway; additional public parking is available next to and in front of the house.

The primary booking guest must be 21 years of age or older.

A valid photo ID is required prior to approval.

The booking profile must include a clear photo of the guest’s face.

Please provide the total number of guests (including children) and the full names of all adult guests at the time of booking.

Reservations are confirmed once all requirements are acknowledged and verified.
