Alex was a great host, and the house was great! We enjoyed the big yard and the big deck. Alex was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. Would definitely book again!

The host was extremely responsive. The property was clean. We had 12 of us staying and it worked out perfectly. The backyard. Is even nicer than pictures show, allowing for many wiffleball tournaments amongst cousins in the backyard.We sat outside nightly for a fire and made s’mores. The outside space really helps make this property great!

The house was perfect for our 3 generation trip (ages 78-8!). Plenty of space, clean, and we loved the huge kitchen and open main living area with a super cozy, recliner sectional and giant beanbag chair. The hot tub was a big hit, as was the game room (with 2nd fridge!) especially for the kids and teens. Very convenient location near Gunstock, grocery store, restaurants and the skating rink in Laconia. Alex was a very gracious and responsive host and the property manager, Keith was great as well.

Winnisquam Vacation

Had an absolutely awesome stay this past weekend at Alex’s rental property. Alex is a great host, and really nailed everything a renter would want/need for vacation with friends and family. House was beautiful and the yard had plenty of space for games. Endless fun and we didn’t want the weekend to be over. Without a doubt renting this property again in the future!

The house was very nice but a little dirty. The cleaners didn't move anything to clean behind or under (we cleaned it up) The oven was not clean and didn't work and the "Lake View" was non-existent. There were beer cans in the bushes by the hot tub and broken chairs around the fire pit.Please don't confuse this with the host being EXCEPTIONAL to work with!! He was very disappointed for us when we told him about the oven and kept apologizing! He was very easy to talk with and very responsive!!Would definitely go back but he may want to look into his cleaning crew :)

The house was quite spacious. We had a total of 16 people and there were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone. There was lots of space in the backyard for a game of wiffle ball and capture the flag. We all enjoyed sitting around the campfire and making smores. The hot tub was enjoyed by the Dad's. There is a small beach just a 3 minute drive away and that was just perfect - especially for the younger children so that was a big plus. The water was clean and the beach was sandy with plenty of shade around if you don't want to be in the sun too much. We loved the fact that the property was very private and very quiet.
