Welcome to "Tranquility"! This 1750 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom, premier oceanfront condo is located within the exclusive community of Key Colony Beach, Florida. "Tranquility" is located on the top floor of an elevated three floor building offering elevator access and single floor living space. Beautifully appointed, the open floor layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas allowing ample space for entertaining and family fun! The bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the living area allowing privacy for all guests.
Floor to ceiling windows and doors allow walkout access from both the living and bedroom areas. Step out onto the 300 square foot, oceanfront balcony to experience turquoise waters, breathtaking panoramic sunset views and make everlasting memories!
The master bedroom suite offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, en suite with dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Step out to the oceanfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a late night cocktail to be met with stunning views!
The colorful guest bedroom offers two double beds, dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.
Condo amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials. Three flat screen TV's, full size washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, cable, WiFi, a covered assigned parking space, linens, towels, and beach towels.
On-site amenities include a large heated and chilled pool with hot tub, a pocket beach, a private lighted fishing pier with license, two outdoor grilling areas, and a sports court with basketball, tennis, and pickleball. Additional, uncovered guest parking available on a first come, first serve basis.
Local amenities include a 3 par golf course four blocks away, marina and fishing charters, bicycle and kayak rentals, shopping, restaurants and bars and is only 50 miles to Key West.

Nice Place, really

This place was VERY nice. I appreciated the white bath towels and tiled showers and the cleanliness as a whole. The view is fabulous and I'd absolutely rent again. Thanks, Ken, for all of your concern with us having a great time.

Beautiful view

My family and I enjoyed this place! Key Colony Beach is our favorite area to stay and this apartment is in the best location. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Snorkeling, swimming in the pool, fishing from the dock was fun! Definitely will come back.

Wonderful

Best complex and unit we have ever stayed in. Grounds are beautiful. Views are absolutely gorgeous! The unit is updated and beautiful. Kitchen was absolutely perfect and well stocked. Hope to go back next year and have already recommended to several people..

GREAT CONDO.

Nice quiet place. Good fishing. Not the beach we were hoping for. Pool is HOT. Was told they keep temp at 83... needs to be 60 during the summer because of the sun. Overall enjoyed.

Beautiful, Relaxing and Luxurious

We booked three condos at Key Colony Beach. I have to say, the condo we booked #35 had a wonderful open floor plan, that was tastefully decorated. Large balcony overlooking the ocean. Mornings and evenings on the balcony with coffee or a nite-cap, listening to the ocean waves was so relaxing! A huge Thank You goes out to the owners for letting us enjoy your wonderful home. We are already planning another visit next year.

Beautiful waterfront condo in Marathon, Key Colony, FL

Amazing balcony views, great restaurants, fishing, boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, seafood, snorkeling, touristy stuff, Key West, Turtle Hospital, and much much more! Location, location! The condo was perfect.

Location, location, location! The condo location was perfect: midway in the keys; a couple of minutes from Highway one; and a few feet from the waterfront. The condo was very quiet, nicely decorated and spotless. The waterfront balcony was perfect for viewing sunsets. The grounds had a beautiful pool and dock. We enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming on the beach and in the pool every day. There are a couple of excellent restaurants close by on Key Colony Beach. The neighbourhood is well-suited for cycling and walking. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo than this.

Would do it again

Beautiful condo, possibly the nicest property we have ever rented. Completely satisfied, actually impressed with how well the entire property was maintained. On a couple of the days we had the beach all to ourselves. And on a couple of the days I enjoyed conversations with the Don and Mark (maintenance) where they shared some local insider information. Overall my recommendation is if you want a laidback Keys vacation at a beautiful condo this is the spot. I give it 6 out of 5 stars

Beautiful Ocean Front

From start to finish this booking was perfect. Marathon is in the middle of the Keys and a perfect Basecamp to explore. The beach out front was a good place to view the sunrise and take a dip. The 84° pool was always a daily event for us. And the Sunsets from our deck were unbelievable every night. The unit is extremely well laid out for entertaining and cooking in, the master suite was very roomy and bright with its own deck entrance. The only thing at all we would change would be the 2nd bedroom is made up of 2 double beds so our other couple could not sleep together, but a small price to pay for this location and unit!

Outstanding view

The condo was breathtaking. The owner was very easy to work with and answered my many questions. The condo looks just like the pictures. The unit has been renovated and everything is new. The owner has thought of everything that you would need while on vacation. I am very picky about cleanliness and this condo was truly the cleanest condo that we've ever stayed in. The only drawback is the lack of beach. The unit is oceanfront but the beach is not walkable and is rocky. We were made aware of this and it was not a major issue. The view from the balcony is amazing and the balcony furniture was comfortable. We will definitely return.

Best condo in the Florida Keys

This condo sets the bar very high. The location is amazing and the pictures cannot capture how happy we were to be staying there. My friends and I all agreed that this is the best vacation we have taken and our stay at Key Colony Point played a significant part in our trip to the Keys. This condo had everything we could need and was thirty feet from a personal sandy beach. We caught fish for hours off of the personal pier. Jacks, snapper, barracuda, permits. There is a great bar and grill a few blocks away and Captain Hook's bait shop is on the channel on your way out to the ocean. Boating and fishing out near the sandbar was excellent. The sunset drops just to the right of the condo and dolphins chase the boat going out. It was very peaceful staying here as there were only a few others staying at KCP and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Normally after a vacation it feels good to be home, but we could jot stop talking about how great this place was and how soon we can get back there. Whether you want to go to the Keys for a peaceful fishing trip, family trip to see sting rays and other ocean animals, or to head down to the night life of Key West, this condo is the place to stay.

Awesome Condo and complex, Key Colony Point!

This condo was fabulous! It was very clean, modern beautifully decorated. It had an awesome view of the water and sunsets. We would highly recommend this condo without any hesitation or complaints. The owner provided excellent customer service along with Karen the property manager. The listing description was accurate and photos of the condo are right on. It is a beautiful well-maintained condo and complex. It was nice to arrive and step into this beautiful condo. We vacation a lot and this was definitely the nicest condo we have rented. The location in the Florida Keys is wonderful. It only took us an hour and 15 minutes to drive back from Key West. Key Colony Beach is a quiet location and well patrolled by police. You must watch your speed throughout the Keys. We enjoyed the pool. There isn't much of a beach but I hear that is common in the Keys. There is a nice dock to fish off of or pull a boat up to and load your gear if you go out on the water. There is a lot of fishing charters that go out of Marathon. The Condo was close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you go you must eat at Burdines. They have the best hamburger and fries I ever ate. I know most people like to eat seafood and their are some great restaurants for that but Burdines you have to have the burger and fries. Judy & Tom, Fort Wayne, IN

Beautiful Views

This condo is situated in such a beautiful spot right on the water. We watched boats go by, beautiful sunsets and also watched some marine life from the comfort of the very large balcony. The unit is well equipped and offered all supplies and amenities. The management staff, specifically Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the local restaurants, tennis and the fun par three golf course just a short walk away. We felt very comfortable during the length of our stay This was a great little getaway for us and we will be back!

Beautiful Paradise is Marathon

This is a gem of a place in the heart of the Fla keys- Marathon. Key Colony is its own little community where you can do so many things: We kayaked, fished, cycled, paddle boarded, swam, visited Key West, visited Bahia Honda State Park, visited John Pennecamp state park and the Air Museum. This condo boasts beautiful views of the clear turquoise blue Atlantic waters with multiple boats driving by and anglers trying for their deepest catches! The ocean and pool were a perfect retreat from the day’s activities and the amenities for cooking and dining at home were amazing. We will be back again next year!! Hill Family

Relaxing June Getaway

My family and I stayed in this unit for a week in June 2023. It was an awesome property and we had a very relaxing time. The condo overlooks the Atlantic and the views and sunsets are amazing! I highly recommend this unit and we definetly plan to return. I will try to not duplicate what the listing shows but the rental includes linens, kitchen stocked with utensils, glasses, cups, cooking equipment, etc. In addition to full appliances the kitchen also includes a Keurig and a toaster oven. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. There are also three rollaway beds stored in the walk in closet and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two propane grills located under the lower parking area. There is a fishing pier on the property and I saw folks pulling in large Tarpon daily but unfortunately our unit did not include any fishing equipment so we didn't get to do any fishing. I was told by the property manager that some units do include fishing supplies and some don't. With summer being the offseason in the Keys there was quite a bit of loud construction going on in some of the units starting at 8AM daily. We were notified about the construction in advance so it wasn't a suprise and not that big of a deal. Being in the Middle Keys, Key Colony Beach is close to so many attractons and everything is within an easy 1 hour drive north or south. I highly recommend this property!
