Three bedrooms upstairs, with one bathroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen and 2nd bathroom downstairs. Window air conditioners in bedrooms and in the living room. Washer and dryer in downstairs bathroom. Drive way for 2 cars, on street parking as well. Near bus stop, train station, just outside of Boston, near the Everett Casino (10 minutes). Property manager office in basement

Overall the place was super nice - my only issue was the cleanliness. It wasn't horribly dirty by no means but it didnt even look like the floors were swept/vacuumed. Its nice having a tv in every room! Place was big - area was nice - it was a big bonus to have a parking spot.

Malden

Checking is was no issue. Driveway was tight. Happened to stay when temperature was above 100 degrees for 2 days. Was told that to not turn on all of the a/c units as it would pop a breaker. In retrospect, I should have asked which units to NOT turn on as we did pop a breaker and has no A/c. Took a while bit they did send a representative to reset and then had no issues. Bathtub in 2nd floor bathroom doe not drain while taking a shower. Other than these issues, the property itself was awesome.
