Regarding Parking: The garage is attached to the house but accessible only via the garage door (accessible with a code).
The garage space will fit compact SUV's (like a Honda CRV) and smaller cars. It is very narrow and short - 11' wide x 14.5' long with a 7' high x 9' wide door opening. There is a rendering of the garage (including the dimensions) so you can determine whether your car will fit.
Street parking is also available.
Other things to note There are spiral stairs between the first and second floors.
There is an attached garage that fits cars smaller than a full-sized SUV but you could have the car stick out a bit.
Be careful when you pull-in as it is a tight garage. Best to let your passengers out & have them help guide you in. Hard to make it in just a single turn so take your time & be careful.
Observe 2-hour parking signs nearby at The Landing restaurant, in front of the Forepeak, and along Washington Street. Overnight parking is allowed in these areas, but cars must be moved in the morning.
Additional parking can be found on Merritt Street (one street up from Front Street) and along Pickett Street.

Host was spot on in communicating with us. Located close to the ocean, restaurants and grocery store. If you are looking for a New England style house this house is it. If you enjoy walking, there are so many things to explore while walking the different streets. The house was clean and five adults stayed comfortably.

Thank you so much for choosing our home for your stay! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you.
We loved this home! Amy, the owner, is very cordial and friendly, very communicative and helpful. We also loved her style in decorating the property. The garage exactly fits a jeep wrangler Rubicon for anyone who wants to know haha. Neighbors are a bit nosy, we were trying to park and on two separate occasions they either pulled us aside to let us know the road was a one way (we knew) or wanted us to move so they could park (we were actively parking, we needed to get out to open the garage door, beeping didn't make us go faster. Btw lol). Definitely recommend this home and will be staying again in the future!

I'm thrilled that you had a wonderful stay, but I'm so sorry to hear that our neighbors were not as welcoming. We are so glad to hear that it didn't dampen your experience and that you had a lovely time. Looking forward to having you back!
