***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!

2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for up to two dogs which must be paid up front. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.Trailers are only allowed during motor cycle rally weekend and are subject to the same rate as cars.

Great property

We had a great time. Loved the property. The unit was updated with modern conveniences. It was clean and well stocked with linens and essential supplies. The property was located close to the beach and had a great pool/yard area that was fenced off segregated for guests only. This property exceeded expectations.

The room was clean and exactly as described online. We enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view for our morning coffee. It is a short walk to the beach with great sunrise views. It is located near put put golf and has access to sidewalks for morning or evening walks along the beach. It is a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants. It's a great ideal location. The weight room and staff at Courtyard were very welcoming when we used the gym due to the construction at the entrance. That isn't an issue to the condo we were in. We really enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Galveston. Donna was very helpful throughout the entire booking process and during our stay.

We love the Maravilla 3 awesome pools and palm trees all over the place. The Maravilla has one of the largest pool on Galveston Island! It is across the street from the beach and in a quieter area but close to everything fun in Galveston!

What makes this property unique

The Maravilla has THREE pools! This condo is across the street from the beach and just 5 minutes to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn Water Park. Pleasure Pier Cruise terminals and all other Galveston attractions about 10 minutes drive.
