It is an easy walk to the ferry, the Balboa Fun Zone, great restaurants, and shopping.
The Newport Peninsula is known for its beautiful weather and its great selection of water and land-based activities - with easy rentals if you wish to try something new!
It is just a short walk to the long sandy beach where it is highly likely you will see amazing sunsets or at least the ever-changing colors of the evening sky.
Freeway access is near, so you can easily drive north or south for about an hour and enjoy the world-class attractions in either the Greater Los Angeles or San Diego areas.

This home's living area is on the 2nd floor so it may not be suitable for everyone.
This home is equipped with surveillance equipment around the exterior.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.

**Please note this home can accommodate 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, the other bed is a sofa bed/futon located in the living area.

Dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles in the garage. Garage can accommodate up to a mid-sized SUV.
