AC MAINTENANT DISPONIBLE! Situé dans une communauté fermée, Surf & Racquet Club, est un complexe au bord de l'eau avec tennis avec trois courts bien entretenus et un éclairage pour jouer en soirée. Grande piscine pour se rafraîchir, nager ou se détendre, et un parc comme une aire de pique-nique barbecue communautaire à plusieurs endroits. Le parcours de golf Kona Country Club Ocean est juste à côté du complexe. De votre unité, vous êtes à quelques pas des magasins, des restaurants, du grand complexe de cinéma Cineplex. La plage de Kahalu'u, la meilleure plage de plongée en apnée de l'île à quelques minutes.

Cette maison de ville de deux chambres, deux salles de bain et unité de fin a été récemment rénovée. Il a une cuisine, un salon et une salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée ainsi qu'une chambre principale, une salle de bain complète, une deuxième chambre avec lits jumeaux à l'étage supérieur. Cute place, good location

We really enjoyed this property and would use again. It was clean and comfortable, washer and drier in unit, the parking is directly in front of the front door, nice back patio area. Kona Coast is very communicative. The location is good, really close to the Sheraton where the mantas hang out.

Great stay!

The location is great. Close to the beach, quiet and the amenities are great. Every night, we go watch sunset in the backyard. The house has everything we need: books, racquets... And it is clean. We'll come back again.

Property suited our needs perfectly. Pool was nearby, and we were well located to get into Kona and around the island. The "150 yards to the beach" was a bit of a stretch, but not egregiously so.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, and more! Made our beach days even better! Kitchen was really well equipped! Would have liked a few basics like olive oil and salt and pepper but I get that stuff can be hard to keep track of in a rental. We did not use the amenities at all, too busy exploring the island, but the property was nice overall. Thanks for a great week!

Great Location for Hawaii Kailua-Kona Visit

My husband and I enjoyed our two-week visit to the Big Island in December. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. It's convenient to downtown Kailua (about 4 miles away, so not in the craziness), adjacent access to the ocean (unit has beach chairs) and 1/2 mile to the Keauhoe shopping center with full grocery store and several restaurants. We watched the most amazing sunsets each night on the beach. The owners provides beach chairs and many other amenities to enjoy your stay. The facility grounds were very nice and had great amenities. Great location, property and townhome.

Great trip. Corner unit...no view of ocean but close to everything. Clean. A bit hot and humid. Especially downstairs either with ac or all windows doors open. Upstairs ac great! Would recommend it.

Condo well appointed and good beds. Floors not clean however even though we didn't wear shoes inside. In case it's important to anyone, both bedrooms upstairs while one of the bathrooms is downstairs. Condo would benefit from grab bars in the showers.

Cozy Condo, Crystal Clear Tide Pools, and Cherished Memories!

We loved this condo, the complex, and the location. This was a fantastic value! There were 4 of us, my wife and two teenage daughters. They loved having their own room with two beds and having 2 bathrooms made getting ready a no-fuss ordeal. Air conditioning worked well for a great night's sleep. Another reviewer said 150 steps to the beach is a stretch, but I counted it off and it may even be a few less! (I guess it depends on your stride). There is a great grocery store just a half mile away that we frequented. Be sure to check out the beach at low tide. There are amazing crystal clear tide pools filled with beautiful fish and interesting sea creatures.

A nice quiet location.

The smell of cleaning solutions is never a good introduction, but the space is adequate. Given that they ask you to remove shoes, you'd expect a clean floor. But after an hour of walking around the downstairs, our feet were turning black. Other than a huge roach in the upstairs bath, everything else worked out fine. The beds are smaller than hoped, a bit flimsy, and the cable went out twice in our 4 days, but the A/C and all other appliances were good.

Great stay, great location

This unit is well appointed so definitely stop here before doing your shopping to see what you'll actually need first. I've stayed at places where you even had to bring your own slat and pepper because they clear out everything between visits but here they had spices and cleaning products and such available. The unit was clean and comfortable and we ate multiple meals on the lanai daily. Water pressure in at least the lower level shower was beyond impressive. The kids used the upstairs shower and had no complaints so I assume it was a similar experience. There were chairs, boogey boards, snorkel gear, tennis and ping pong equipment available as well. We did add 2 sets of snorkel gear as my youngest didnt have a set that fit her well and one of the fins my wife tried had a broken strap so we just got 2 more sets. Pretty much everything you are looking for in the unit and location. Pool, grills, tennis court, ping pong table were all in good shape and clean. The main beach to the right facing the ocean was great for tide pooling at lower tide, watch out for the urchins further down...they are abundant. Great location for sunsets as well. We saw turtles in the water pretty much every time we walked down there too. If you have one of those pocket hammocks, there are multiple locations along that beach to hang one or more, wish I'd grabbed mine. The park a half mile up the road was good for snorkeling and the kids did take surf lessons there as well. The KTA grocery store is just over a half mile up the hill at a decent sized shopping center and met all our needs there and had a nice Shave Ice shop next door. this location is on the south end of Kona outside the main hustle and bustle but its a short and scenic drive up Ali'i to even more parks/restaurants/shops. Not much more to say other than an all around great stay.

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this unit. It is a comfortable & well stocked place for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), immaculately clean (except your feet turns black after walking for half hour barefooted on the floor. I highly recommend to bring indoor slippers with you) and a great location in Kona / Keauhou area - close to Kahaluu Beach, Keauhou Bay, Kona town, supermarket & golf course. Also, communication with host was extremely easy. I would book again.

Excellent location

The property was in an excellent location. It also had a decent beach for snorkelling while the other 1/2 played in the pool! The girls enjoyed the tennis courts as well! The townhouse was supplied with everything you would need from cooking a meal at home, to tennis, lawn chairs, picnic on the beach! The only thing I would recommend would be a hotel safe, as house keepers were in the place while we were gone. Other than that it was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

What a great unit, the layout of the condo was suburb for a family and hosting other guest during our stay. All the extra little things made our stay even more enjoyable. Having full gear to visit any beach was amazing. Having A/C was the best as well. I would highly recommend this unit. Thank you for making our holiday a great one.

Great accomodation and location

The accomodation was perfect in size with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds total. It had everything needed to cook own meals. The resort had a great pool and is located on the shore line which was awesome for sunset photos. Definitely recommend this place!
