Lazy Day Cabins was just as I wanted. In the mountains and a rustic feel. The bed was comfy and my dog loved it too.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The cabin was more than rustic and much smaller than the images portrayed...once I got it clean, it was do-able! Left a day early because was too cramped for 3!
This is a charming, rustic cabin with everything you need. The host is on site, kind and helpful. We really appreciated all that he did for us. The cabin / RV park is quiet with that perfect mountain ambiance. If you plan on using the futon, be sure to ask for bedding. I didn't read the fine print but we had brought a sleeping bag, so all was perfect.
The pictures are just like the cabin are in person. If you’re riding a motorcycle prepare for incline. But other than that just what you need if you want peace and quiet. Property manager is very nice and helps anyway he can.
Cabin is what I'd call run-down rustic. There are holes and openings all over the cabin which makes the whole place feel dilapidated. The windows had paint on them around the panes, not a huge problem, it just gives the place a ghetto feel. The window in the bedroom was broken which let in cold air. As for cleanliness, the microwave was grimy with fingerprints, there was some weird white powder behind the bed, there was dried food on some of the dishes so we washed everything before using them. The bed was comfy enough, the area is beautiful and the weather was perfect.
