Relax in this newly built lake house that is a short walking distance from Chautauqua Lake. This house is first available for rent in May 2025. Photos do not include the sleeper couch, kitchen table, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, and patio furniture that will be in this house prior to your arrival. Check back after May 10th to see this house completely furnished.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house can be your perfect get away to enjoy all four seasons that this area has to offer. This house built in 2024 has the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, WIFI, and smart TVs.

In the summer, you can enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning while indoors. Then venture outside to enjoy some tranquil time relaxing on the patio furniture on the large wrap around deck.

This property has propane grill and grilling utensils available.

For those that love winter outdoor activities, this property is on snow mobile trail and is a great place to rest your head after a day of ice fishing.

This new house was perfect for a family weekend get together. It is located close to everything - a short walk to the lake; close to Jamestown museums, restaurants, and shopping; and there are plenty of lake activities just a short distance away. As a new house, everything was pristine. The decorating was lovely. The kitchen was spacious, had plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, and linens. Everything we needed in a vacation home was provided. The hostess was very helpful with reservations, check-in information, as well as checking out. We were very happy and plan to return.

Perfect space

This property was immaculate. Very clean. It had necessary dishes and utensils. Rooms are very spacious. Wonderful porch. Great location. The host immediately answered questions and made sure we knew where where to go for fun in great detail. We couldn't have been more satisfied. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Chautauqua Lake New Built Lake House!! The house is totally renovated and everything inside the house was super clean. It's an open, airy space and very comfortable for guests. The beds are so comfortable!! We all slept great. The house is just a few houses up from the lake so perfect for morning walks around the neighborhood. The home is convenient to all the other nearby towns and things to do while in the area. Jen was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return! Thank you for a great week at Chautauqua Lake!

I contacted the host before reserving to make sure it had local tv and they replied yes. It did not. Very disappointing! House is new and was spotlessly clean but it needs additions to make it comfortable for renters. It sleeps eight but the living room seats 4. It needs more furniture/recliner. More instructions would be helpful. We did not know what the white remote on the end table was for. The remote for the fan apparently has dead batteries. There needs to be curtains in the living room on the door and French doors for privacy at night. Also the Sun comes in the French doors in the morning. A couple of folding lawn chairs for the porch would be nice. After 2 very cool showers we contacted the host and found out the hot water tank was on the first notch above off. We tried both showers before we realized there was a problem. A small stand beside the washer/dryer for soap softener Etc would be nice. The bathrooms have small vanities and nowhere for toiletries. A shelf on the wall beside the vanities would be very helpful. Some hooks in the bathrooms for clothing would be nice. A full length mirror somewhere would be helpful. The bedrooms have one night stand and we have two c-paps so had to use a TV tray. There are no dressers to put anything on. The lights on the porch do not really illuminate the area to make it safe. We were there a whole week and would return but only if it's made more convenient for renters.
