*Open and spacious floor plan. When you walk in you are greeted with a vaulted wood ceiling, open concept with all of the necessary amenities and more.

*Private backyard with firepit and plenty of seating. This is where you can see the lake views the best. You may also see a deer or two, ospreys flying overhead or possibly catch the flight of a bald eagle. There are cornhole boards also available for your use.

*Two bedrooms with queen beds.
-One bedroom is larger with a closet system and desk. It also includes a box fan and nightstands with charging ports.
-Second bedroom is very cozy with ceiling fan, end table with drawers, hooks and under the bed storage bins.

*Plenty of private parking at the top of the driveway. It then leads to a narrow stone driveway/walkway down the hill to the cottage. The narrow driveway is for seasonal use only. Due to the slope and winter conditions, it may be blocked off for parking.

*Several boardgames, cards, and children's books to make some fun memorable moments. There are also 2 Bluetooth speakers for your use.

*Laundry is accessible by going out the back deck and down the stairs (it is not accessible through the home).

Please note:
**The home was recently upgraded with a mini-split unit in the living room/kitchen area. There is a ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom and an oscillating and box fax for the larger bedroom, if needed.
**Although there are only 4 steps to gain access into the home the property is on a fairly steep incline from the driveway to the backyard. There are also 16 steps from the back deck to the backyard. We do not recommend this home for those that may have mobility issues.
**The cottage is right off Route 394 yet is so peaceful due to it being in the woods and close to the lake. In turn, this does bring forth a few more insects that you may not be accustomed to. We do our best to control them, but it is close to a lake.
