Banana tree Villa was centrally located. It is the best appointed kitchen I have ever stayed in. The hosts went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable

Very Nice

We had a great week. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gaget you could need. I took a star off for cleanliness because there was a pair of childrens underwear under the bed. And i wish there was a broom for guest to use. Overall everything was excellent and we would stay again.

Beds are very soft and saggy. Floorplan should be explained ahead of rental. To go through one bedroom to the other is not appropriate for most two couple rentals. (For a family it may be fine.) Great response to our questions and getting our laundry. Deck furniture was almost always wet, even on days it did not rain. Wonderful kitchen and beach supplies.

You’ll be close to Cruz Bay, beaches, restaurants, hiking trails, and the Virgin Islands National Park, but tucked into the quieter Gifft Hill area, where you can unwind after a day exploring St. John.

Guests also appreciate the practical comforts that matter on an island: split A/C units, solar power with battery backup, fully stocked kitchen, all the essential beach amenities, dedicated hot water heaters, private outdoor space, and a washer/dryer. Banana Tree gives you the relaxed St. John feel with the space and convenience that make a longer stay easy.
