This house ("Memory Maker") was even better than we expected. It's a fantastic home with everything you need. You just need family, friends, and groceries. All of our guests want to come back, and we are going to book again for our annual reunion next year. Some guests really enjoyed the heated pool, and we had great dinners inside and outside on the covered deck with seating for 10. Having the living room for the guys watching sports and the third floor living room for the ladies to share wine and conversation was perfect. With 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, and washers and dryers, it's ready for a crowd. We were an older group with some challenges, so the elevator was essential to us for luggage and groceries. We gathered from different directions and there was plenty of parking. We have rented a few places for our reunion before, but this was by far the best! This house exceeded our expectations.

Image staying in an immaculate, tastefully decorated multi million dollar home, add a gorgeous multi million dollar oceanfront view, and you have a idea what a stay in this home is like. We have rented multiple oceanfront homes over the years and have, on occasion, been previously disappointed with the difference between the online photos and the actual home. But not in this case. The decor along with the quality of appliances and furnishings exceeded our expectations. Our family members had a fabulous stay and have been asking when we can return. Jim was an excellent and patient host. We will definitely look for other properties that he manages.

This house is beautifully designed with a perfect layout for a large family gathering. The beach views and easy access to the sand are absolutely spectacular. Each bathroom is gorgeous, and the beds are super comfortable. The elevator was a huge help for my mother-in-law with mobility issues, and also made getting luggage up to the top floors effortless.The “Memory Maker” truly lived up to its name — we created wonderful memories during our long weekend family getaway. Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us.

This is an amazing house! The new construction is well laid out and impeccably appointed. The attention to detail in the construction, furnishings, and the well-stocked kitchen and appliances was a notch above any other large rental we've experienced. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Our host Jim also deserves high praise. He reached out to let us know of several issues - including internet to the area being down - before we realized there was a problem. I am already looking forward to booking our next stay here.

This is a stunning ocean front paradise with breathtaking views! The pool was perfect & we spent a great deal of time in it. This place is brand new & comfortable!The elevator is a win as 4 floors of housing is a lot. The openness of the main floor was so enjoyable for our group of 15 to gather! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals & 2 refrigerators & dishwashers were much appreciated. Every bedroom had its own private full bath & you can't put a price on that! We enjoyed all the balconies in both the front & back of the house to take in the views. There are 2 laundry rooms on the 3rd & 4th floor making it convenient to wash our beach towels. There was a generous back up of toilet paper, hand soap & garbage bags. However, there is no cleaning spray for keeping countertops clean. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas were set up daily for our use, loved that! Check-in & communication was a breeze! Fireworks from the balcony were awesome!Some suggestions; there are no hair dryers or irons & at this price point they would have been nice. Some cozy blankets were needed after a day in the sun & coming into a cold house. A full length mirror would have come in handy as we were getting ready. There are some good spots in the house for one. No towels are placed in bathrooms, you have to look in hall closets for them. A high chair & pack n play would be a welcome addition to the home.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! This house was perfect for our multigenerational family of 16, including 6 kids. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together.The pool and beach access were perfect, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, and appliances for a large group. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, the view from the kitchen, patio, deck and several rooms was excellent. Access to the beach was great via the deck and wood walkway/steps. The house was very new and clean, with current fixtures and features as shown in the pictures. We liked the large-family friendly open concept space in the kitchen, family room, dining areas(indoor and outdoor). Each room having its own bathroom was great for multi-family groups. The elevator was a great option for a few of our family members accessibility needs. The sunrises were awesome to see from the deck and the sunset pictures came out great with pinks/blues and ocean in the background. Parking and access was great too, plenty of space for our 5 cars and we didn't even use the garage space. We would definitely book again. Thank you!
