The cozy crab is beautiful and in a quiet area. Everything I needed was there. Only thing missing was Uber! I tried to get a ride to a nearby resort and no transportation available

I was checking out the area for relocation and worked from the Cozy Crab all week. It was a lovely property - Smart home set up was convenient and easy to use, all the comforts of home and a perfect location! The Host was very engaging and quick to respond with any additional questions.

Cozy Crab was a great place to land when we went to connect with family. The place was super clean and felt like home. The bed was super comfortable! FYI, the bedroom and only bathroom is upstairs in case you can't maneuver steps well. Most lights, fans ect. were controlled by Alexa, so just speak commands to turn on and off most lights. Others were just by flipping switches. This is all explained after booking. You have 2 dedicated parking spots. The owner and manager were super flexible when I wanted to change the dates at the last minute. The manager was on the spot whenever we needed something. Just ask. We cooked mainly breakfasts there. One downside is that a lot of the non-stick pans were heavily scratched, but we had enough to do with what we needed. One thing that would have been nice is to have access to a laundry area. I suspect is was through a lower level door that was locked off. Overall, a very highly recommended place. They have a pull out couch if you need more sleeping area.

Property was clean and well taken care of. Was able to cook on certain nights to take away from the cost of eating out. Communication with the home owner was great. They would get back to me in a timely manner. Home is somewhat run by Alexa for electronics. Somethings would work like the when the lights would come on. Alexa had a hard time opening the blinds or closing them when asked. Also, the master bedroom would get warmer during the night and the ceiling fan didn’t run. However, the place was a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere to stay in that area. Communication was outstanding with the host. Negatives would be the area. The nearest beach was small. The water was murky and dead jellyfish were floating around. Best time was at Mount Vernon and indoor skydiving.

The Cozy Crab is an adorable place to stay. Very clean and had great amenities. The only drawback was that I was unaware that it was a two story residence with the bathroom on the second floor.

We had a great time! The house was really nice, very comfortable and clean. It had everything that you needed. I really liked that everything was controlled by alexa even the window blinds. I definitely recommend staying here and I definitely will be returning.

4th of July getting away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO property, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the place was. It's clear that the owners take great pride in providing a comfortable and inviting environment for their guests.The property's location is another standout feature. Situated in a vibrant area, it was incredibly walkable to the north beach boardwalk. I took several strolls there, and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the various restaurants and shops along the way. The convenience of having such wonderful amenities within walking distance truly enhanced my stay.Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located accommodation. It was the perfect base for my vacation, and I look forward to returning in the future!
