I just love staying at this little cottage on the water. It's so quiet and peaceful, birds all around, and barely any traffic. I've been there numerous times and hope to go again next year. Fishing is great, although it did seem to slow down in the later part of October. The cottage has everything you need. It's only ten minutes from the town, where you'll find groceries, shops and restaurants.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. We loved the fact that sunlight made the house bright and being so near the water was a plus. It was so quiet at night. We appreciated that towels and sheets were provided. We would certainly recommed this rental.

This is my end of summer retreat. Great space to unwind, relax by the water and just take it all in. Communication with the host has always been fantastic. Going back in again couple weeks because I just can't get enough of this awesome place.

Overall the house was great. Super location directly on a cove of the Chesapeake Bay with good sunset views. Very spacious with great amenities and a very nice kitchen. Having kayaks available was a plus in our book. The only downside was the beds. The beds in both bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable and in desperate need of being replaced. One of our party ended up sleeping on the pull-out couch as it turned out to be more comfortable then the bed.

Nice, quiet location. Easy drive to St Michael's. Lots to do there. Also the other direction to Tilghman Island. Pool was clean and refreshing. Nice shade at the pool, on the side deck and the front porch. Would go again.Mike W

We love our stays at Magee's Cottage. This trip was no exception. Everything is neat & clean. AC works well, the kitchen is outfitted in whatever is needed as far as appliances and utensils. We used the pool everyday. We had some crabs on the deck, coffee on porch. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. We're older and it was just the right speed for us. Chesapeake Landing Restaurant for crabs & St Michael's restaurants & ice cream a short drive away. Thank you! We'll stay again.

Magee Cottage in Wittman Md, the eastern shore, is an excellent rental cottage with all the amenities a discerning renter could have including panoramic water views, a dock and a swimming pool. The kitchen is large, modern and well stocked with what you need, a wrap around deck with large barbecue grill, and picnic table for crab feasts. Why spend precious time with crowded highways and heavy traffic to Ocean City when you can kick back and relax in Wittman just minutes from St. Michael’s with great shopping and super restaurants.
