Arrived to a very clean condo, with all possible needs right there. Included in this was a notebook from the owner with everything we might need to know about their vacation condo and the surrounds. The third floor balcony was superb and it comes with great sound effects of the waves breaking on the shore. It’s a great quiet place to relax

We moved to NC after almost 40 years in Hawaii. We were missing the sound of the waves. This was so perfect! Got up every morning to watch the sunrise and hear the waves right from our lanai, in my PJ's while sipping my coffee. Plus it's an excellent location to visit the North and South for day trips since you are right in the middle. Also close to some amazing restaurants. We ate out the whole time but the kitchen was stocked with everything if you wanted to cook there. Highly recommend!
