Big disappointment, left after first night with no refund.One small window unit a/c with poor outputâstays humid in room.No air flow past where it blows.I got ready in the main room that AM and my eyebrow gel wouldnât even set bc of how humid..& didnt even use the shower bc we forgot a bar of soap. âBoutique hotelâ yet no soap/essentials in shower or coffee.It has a âkitchenâ but seems to be just for aesthetics.Windows surround the room so at night the street lamps flood through the mediocre blinds.Canât even close the blinds where a/c window unit is or you donât get any air flow to the bed.Thereâs a tablet size security screen on wall that âsleep modeâ function doesnât work so enjoy a big blue light to add to the lack of darkness..also flashing a low battery alert for window sensors.Shared âinteriorâ door with neighbors so when they arrived at 10p we got to enjoy their lights that flooded under/around door into our room and their laughter and conversations. Parking is very tight, couldnât imagine bringing SUV as my small car was a struggle and then got trapped in by another guest for approx 12hours. Sketchy/abandon homes behind vrbo..adds an anxiety factor due to the homeless that wander these blocks all day/night.My daughter described beds as âhard as a rockâ.. Iâd say VERY firm foam. Overall, two stars bc the place is decorated super cute.However,the expression âputting lipstick on a pigâ applies.Owner said they donât do refunds, they offer âsolutionsâ lol so good luck!
