Response from Hot Tub, Firepit, Minutes to Helen on Mar 31, 2026
I am extremely confused by your review. If you arrived to a dirty cabin, why didn't you contact us?? We do not have any messages, texts or calls from you! We sent you an email following the first night asking how the cabin was but received no response. For future guests, if you arrive to the property and anything is out of place or you need anything, we have ONSITE maintenance and cleaning to address any issues at all. If this guest actually did arrive to a dirty cabin, they did not contact us and I guess cleaned it themselves which is confusing in itself. Please if this ever occurs, give us notice and we will send someone out immediately and refund the cleaning fee.
