  • An Immaculate Cabin with Exceptional Owners!

"Dear Mr. and Mrs. Williams, I just want to send a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your cabin. We have an appt. at Emory early Monday and decided to make a weekend of it and celebrate our 26th anniversary from last month while we were here. The cabin we love to rent in Blue Ridge was booked and we decided to give yours a try. It has been a hectic few months and we needed the time away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and reconnect. We were totally awe struck at the beauty of Dancing Bear. I am a housekeeper by trade for some very prominent homes where i'm from and I always notice the little things that get neglected at places, but I can honestly say that in 35 years of travels, I have never seen a more immaculate place than yours. It's so nice to get away and not feel you have to clean anything to relax and be comfortable. I commend your caretakers for the fantastic job they do for you. I am happy to see that people respect what is yours and care for it while there. The place is truly amazing. I CANNOT wait to return to Dancing Bear, hopefully in the fall in October for my husband's birthday after he gets a clean bill of health! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us and can't wait to return. With Sincerest Thanks!, Cindy and Rob"

  • A Great Weekend In The Mountains!

"My college buddies and I try to get together twice a year to catch back up and have a great weekend together. We always try to find a cabin in the mountains for the weekend. We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The cabin is located close to all sorts of outdoor activities from Vogel State Park to Brasstown Bald. Additionally the cabin is secluded down a long gravel dirt road in a gated community. It's nice and quiet and the people in the community are so kind if you happen to meet some of them. The only reason we gave the cabin 4 stars instead of 5 is because the property and vegetation around the cabin were relatively overgrown. There were a couple of places in the cabin that might have missed dusting when it was dusted last (only an issue because one of the guys has pretty bad allergies). With those couple of things aside, the cabin is a fantastic property to stay at with your family, as a getaway, or even a base of operations for adventuring for the weekend. We will most certainly consider coming back!"

  • Very restful vacation cabin

"Easy to shake off usual daily worries here. Very private, and situated by a bubbling, calming stream. Probably not suitable for older folks who have a problem climbing slopes, but children would have a great time playing near the stream. We enjoyed our stay very much."

  • Loved the cabin and the beautiful setting.

"We took our grandsons, ages 11 and 12, and never left from the time we arrived until two days later at check out. Enjoyed hiking, the hot tub, grilling out, making smores at the fire pit, and just being away from it all. The boys loved it and want to make it an annual event."
