The property is very short drive to downtown Bearsville and only about 7 minutes to downtown Woodstock. In addition it is about 35 minutes from both Hunter Mountain and Belleayre Mountain Ski Resorts and about 50 minutes from Wyndham Mountain Ski Resort.

***The property spans about 15 acres with many different land features and certain areas of the property contain loose stones, drop offs, and rock quarries that could be dangerous so PLEASE USE CAUTION when walking the property and be aware of your footing. Additionally, there is a camera by the front door and back door for security purposes.***
