In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. No Pets.
No Smoking in the home or on the balconies.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Parking 3 car maximum. 1 in garage and 2 in driveway. No street parking. No boat trailers left overnight.
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
