Notre maison de vacances Cocoa Beach est idéale pour les familles ou les réunions! Tout juste rénové avec des appareils, des meubles et des décorations neufs! Beaucoup d'espace pour s'étirer et se détendre dans cette maison décorée avec goût. Dormez confortablement dans 4 lits séparés, avec 2 canapés-lits gigognes supplémentaires! Comprend maintenant une salle de bains et une cuisine en granit améliorées.

Se trouve juste en face de la plage et des commodités du complexe!

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin avec un accès à la plage juste en face de la rue fait de cette belle maison de 3 chambres le paradis de vacances idéal!  Beaucoup d'équipements comme la laveuse / sécheuse, la cafetière Kuerig, le foyer, le patio, le canapé-lit, la très grande cuisine entièrement équipée et les planchers en bois. Cet appareil dispose de téléviseurs HD avec câble! Les lecteurs Blu-ray et DVD sont fournis avec quelques films au choix. Cette escapade de vacances supprimée vous permet de vous détendre avec beaucoup d'intimité, tout en étant à quelques instants de la plage!

Ce logement dispose de 2 salons dotés chacun d'une télévision à écran plat et de décodeurs. A également une tanière avec un canapé, TV, lecteur DVD et laveuse / sécheuse!

3ème chambre - lit king-size (a une salle de bain privée, et son propre décodeur câble et TV)
Chaque salon a un canapé-lit gigogne!

Les clients pourront traverser la rue et utiliser les équipements du complexe, y compris les foyers supplémentaires, les tables et les sièges d'extérieur, les barbecues / barbecues, les hamacs et plus encore! L'accès à la plage se fait par le complexe. Le complexe propose également des jouets de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des chaises de plage, des parasols et plus encore! (Veuillez retourner les articles au hangar une fois terminé afin que d'autres invités puissent les utiliser).

Inquiet pour les enfants? Non! Les équipements du complexe comprennent une salle de jeux ("Quique's") avec une grande télévision, des sièges confortables, des jeux de société et des livres pour les occuper! Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog!

We had a wonderful time there. The close proximity to the beach was perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. When a problem arose the management fixed it promptly.

Musty smell upon arrival, had to buy farbreeze and clean. Inside is dated to photos, outside needs work. Firepit and backyard not up to standards. Beach and resort across the street very nice. Average rrview for the stay, with a little work on the home it would improve.

Beautiful place

This house is setup carefully and with attention to detail. We weren’t necessarily looking for the resort amenities, but ended up making the easy run across the road and enjoying the beach, toys, chairs, and hammocks many times. The setting is unique and cozy and set apart like a little oasis. We usually spend a month in the panhandle with our family every year, but we loved this place so much, we’re considering coming back here next year. We had a little confusion at check in, but the management company and on-site manager were both fantastic and went above and beyond to help us straighten it out. We highly recommend this place! If this house is booked, there are other options at this resort that would definitely be worth your time to look for.

Troubled stay

The booking went fine on the VRBO end then but contact with manager was tuff. They took multiple days to respond to the VRBO message system to the point I thought I was going to have to cancel the booking and find another house. Upon arrival to house you see the potential lost in this property. The yard has NOT been cared for. Yes there is lawn chairs but who wants to sit in foot tall weeds. You have to wear shoes because the sticker bush weeds are extremely painful and the yard is covered in them. I unlocked the front door and a sour smell hit me. I chalked it up to it is an old house type smell. After we walked in and out getting luggage it seemed to calm down but never went fully away. At 9:30 or so the first night the house alarm started going off at the panel every minute or so. Called the emergency number left a message and never heard from anyone Ever. It finally stopped about 12:30 am. Received a welcome email next day. Sent reply email about issues and guess what. No call or email back. I must say that for an old beach house there were no bugs! The listing said there was a DVD player which there is not. There are no beach toys on property but the resort that they discussed in the listing was crazy awesome and helpful with boogie boards and toys for the kids. Three days in I figure out the smell. It was noted by another guest in a review of the wash machine. I needed to do some laundry and as soon as I saw the green mildew in the washer I knew what was causing the odor. It got overwhelming when the machine started to drain and the stagnant water in the pea trap let off its odor. Once again the resort across street came to rescue and gave us towels. Going to a laundry mat on vacation sucks. All in all I would never stay here again. When I did speak to Wanda about my issues she seemed indifferent she did offer to reimburse me for the laundry cleaning expenses. Communication is key and every step of the way it was me going the extra mile. You can tell that low expectations are the norm with this rental. I would however stay across the street at the resort that was so helpful

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach. The proximity and access to the beach was especially nice. The instructions said we had to go through the yard behind us to get to the beach but in actuality we had to cross the road in front of us to get there. So that was a bit hard to understand. The house was nice and comfortable except for the bed in the laundry room. I did have concerns about the yard. On the side of the house was some paint cans and a broken door. Things you wouldn’t want your young children around. Overall we had a great time atCocoa Beach and would consider staying here again.

Awesome place

This was our second time in this VRBO. It’s a super comfortable and quiet house. The walk across the street is easy and short. (We’ve stayed in condos ON the beach with longer walks.) We do bring a beach wagon that we use about half the time. Our family of 8 has plenty of space to spread out. We hope to be back soon!

Great stay!

House is cute, clean and plenty big for 2 families. The back area has a master and a living room with a pull out. This gave both families places to chill/watch movies. The beach is right across the street. The only minus about the place is the washer and dryer. The washer was broken. Someone had used it and water was stagnant in the bottom causes a stink. The property manager took care of the water. But, we weren’t able to wash clothes during our stay. The dryer kept getting clothing stuck on the dryer filter. My brand new bathing suit got caught snd broken.

Beach getaway

Enjoyed the space we had for 11 people. Did not realize we were across the road from the beach, but it was a very short walk. The children really enjoyed the ocean with hardly anyone in our area of beach. Very private.

Perfect accommodations for old friends getting together

Our friends wanted to have a little weekend getaway, and this home was perfect! Kitchen had all we needed and more. Loved the ability to use the facilities across the street. Very roomy house and beautiful appointed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Orlando Vacation 2019

The house was clean. Need to put information in the book about ceiling fan remote. With it being so hot outside the 72 degree temperatures was very warm. We requested extra trash sacks and we got 2 more and we were told the rest were on us. On Sunday I went in to get beach umbrellas and was told you don’t usually give them out to the customers renting the house. But I was told we could use all the beach equipment. We really enjoyed our stay

(Please return items to the shed when finished so other guests may use them). Don't forget to explore the exquisite resort grounds, which give you a truly unique experience you won't find anywhere else!
