Ohana House - Fun in the Sun

The word Ohana epitomizes family and literally means “regeneration”. After all isn’t that what your recreation time is all about? Re-creation?!?! This home redefines "fun in the sun". Welcome to the Ohana House, a huge 3500-square-foot estate with all the bells and whistles to accommodate your epic whole-family-adventure! The home boasts an expansive outdoor area, a dedicated game room for family fun, a quiet community, a pristine and quiet clubhouse, a huge yard and no back door neighbors to ensure your whole team is as relaxed as possible. This standout property in Davenport is sure to exceed any destination checklist!



The Space:

We know what you are thinking, it can’t get any better can it?! It can... the spa is heated free of charge year round. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to



Vaulted ceilings in the living room are complemented by a large sectional. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances and everything you'll need to cook delicious meals from home. A blender, coffee maker, and toaster are just a few of the additional appliances available for your convenience. A center island can be utilized for extra prep space or a point for friends to gather. There are 2 options for dining, with combined seating for 12 guests. From the kitchen, guests also have direct access to the backyard.



The outdoor oasis, protected by the lanai, is the ultimate retreat for both sun worshippers and shade seekers alike. The covered patio is ideal for dining al fresco or conversing with fellow guests while the extended patio around the pool allows for almost a dozen loungers.



Back inside, the spacious home sleeps up to 15 guests comfortably between 6 bedrooms. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure every guest feels right at home. A large suite is conveniently located on the 1st floor, while the other 5 bedrooms are found on the 2nd floor.



Bedroom #1 is the only bedroom downstairs and features a King bed, Smart TV, direct pool access, and en-suite with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower

Bedroom #3 is outfitted with two Twin beds and a Smart TV



Bedroom #4 is configured with Twin-over-Full bunk beds and a Smart TV

In addition to the 2 en-suite bathrooms, there is also a fully stocked half bathroom and full bathroom to accommodate guests.



Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.



- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.



- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply washcloths. Thank you for understanding! This measure helps us keep our rental rates affordable for you and your family.



When you're not out and about, there's plenty of fun to be had right at home! The garage has been converted into a full-fledged game room with foosball, pool table, air hockey, and basketball net - to name a few! There is also a cozy loft upstairs with a couch, a Smart TV, and an array of board games.



The estate is located in the highly sought-after Watersong Resort, a tranquil gated community in Davenport with various on-site amenities including; the clubhouse, game room, business center, fitness center, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and children's playground. The surrounding conservation area is exciting to explore with the ability to spot local wildlife.  Outside of the resort, Epcot, Universal Studios, Disney World, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom, are all within 30-35 minutes. If a round of golf is what you’re after, there are several noteworthy golf courses within minutes of the resort. Shops, restaurants, and activities are also within arm's reach.
