The Space:

Every detail invites you to unwind when you arrive at Solterra Bliss. Step into the kitchen, where rich dark wood cabinetry and smooth brown granite countertops offer a warm, modern contrast to sleek black and stainless appliances. Four white leather chairs surround a curved island—perfect for breakfast before heading out for the day. A small table off the kitchen offers a cozy nook for three, while the formal dining room comfortably seats eight for shared meals and celebrations.



The main living area features a white leather sofa and loveseat, a built-in wall feature with an ambient fireplace effect, and a large smart TV for movie nights. From here, oversized sliding glass doors open to your private lanai—complete with a table for six, lounge chairs, a bubbling hot tub, and a sparkling pool, all screened-in for year-round enjoyment. Upstairs, a loft with a plush sectional and another smart TV makes the perfect hangout zone. And don’t miss the game room—it’s fully stocked with foosball, pool, air hockey, a classic arcade game, corn hole, and seating for the whole crew.

This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests in 6 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is Beauty & The Beast themed and includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 is music-themed and includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom #3, with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 is Frozen-themed and includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom #2.



Bedroom #4 is Lego-themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 is Star Wars themed and includes twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin size bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #6 is beach-themed and includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $35 daily per pet. This fee is not included in the final total, if you are brining a pet please contact the Customer Care Team to have the fee added.

• 2 pets max.

• Driveway and street parking for 5 vehicles available, passes required and provided. Additional parking available in unmarked spots.

• High chair and portable crib provided.

• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entryway.

• Solterra community access: Upon entry, guests will pay a $48 fee for a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue 5 car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

• Patio grills.

o Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. If there is not a BBQ on site one MIGHT be able to be added depending on availably and HOA regs. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.

• Pool heat.

o Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. If you would like the pool heated, please contact our reservation team prior to your arrival. Charges for pool heat, $29/night, are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

o Cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.
