Our home is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Surprise, Arizona, where the streets are clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the skies are almost always sunny. Mornings are peaceful — perfect for sipping coffee on the patio — and evenings bring beautiful desert sunsets that never get old.

One of the best parts about this area is how convenient it is. You're just minutes away from Spring Training stadiums (Go Dodgers!), grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking trails that showcase the best of the Sonoran Desert. Whether you want to catch a game at Camelback Ranch, see the Cardinals play at State Farm Stadium, or take a scenic bike ride through the neighborhood, everything is close by.

What I enjoy most about this area is the perfect mix of relaxation and activity. You can spend the day exploring and still come home to a quiet space where you can unwind by the pool or grill under the stars

We’re close to Spring Training stadiums (including the Dodgers and Royals), State Farm Stadium, and scenic hiking trails — all while being tucked in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It’s the ideal spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Surprise and the Phoenix area have to offer.
