Cute Condo Near Downtown
Feel at home in this adorable two bedroom apartment.
Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village, Midtown and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC and and Red Hat Amphitheater are just minutes away, 15 minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds and a quick 20 minute drive to RDU International Airport.
Apartment features include two guest suites, both with a queen bed,
Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit.
The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
We allow children with the following stipulations:
-Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing"
-Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times
