We already reported problem about one bathroom was not fully functional and open ticket with VRBO and still waiting for resolution

As mentioned during your visit, there was a temporary water pressure issue affecting the ability to use both showers at the same time. However, both bathrooms were fully functional, and the issue was resolved promptly once brought to our attention. While I understand that any inconvenience is frustrating, I believe your review doesn’t reflect the overall quality and responsiveness we strive to provide. I also want to note that you requested a refund after completing your stay, and when I declined based on the limited impact and the fact that the home was used fully for the entire booking you proceeded to leave this negative review.
