Private Lakefront - Poconos getaway on a tranquil lake

Private 4BR house on a tranquil lake in the beautiful Poconos.

Our motto is: Relax, you're at the lake!
Come and enjoy the many sights, hiking trails and family activities the mountains have to offer. In the evening, sit down by our charming lake and relax listening to the sounds of nature. Delight in the beauty and peacefulness of the lake and watch for wildlife that call it their home (beavers, turtles, herons and other birds). Bring your binoculars... if you're lucky, you may be able to see the eagles that visit the lake. If you're hungry for more, go on a canoe ride and take it all in.

We are very close to stunning Tobyhanna State Park, great for hiking and swimming. For sports enthusiasts, Coolbaugh Township Municipal Park nearby offers a basketball and volleyball courts, baseball and soccer fields, and a skate park. It also has a playground for kids and a nice walking trail for everyone. Camelback mountain is also a short drive away for year-round activities. And if you're feeling lucky, Mount Airy Casino is only about 12 minutes away.

We had a lovely winter stay. The kids followed fox prints through the snow, saw a beaver in the lake before it froze over (and spotted beaver’s lodge on the property), and built forts and snowmen.

What an amazing stay for our family, there was something for everyone. If you forgot something they already thought of it. Beautiful lake, great for fishing. Everything is so well maintained. We sat on the deck every morning to eat and played board games every night. It was a mix of today and old school so my kids got to experience our childhood a little. We had a fire the first night and smores. The pups loved it there as well. They had dog toys and bowls of you needed, a lead so the dogs can be tethered outside with us. It was just the weekend we needed to get away from it all and reconnect as a family. We are hoping to come back again!

The home was perfect for our trip! We had 5 ladies and everyone had their own bed! The house was extremely neat and clean, we were very happy with everything. The water access was very easy, we got to see so much (deer, fish, and even beavers swimming in front of us)! So fun!

Quick Getaway

Family vacation with teenagers

Loacation was great! Each day we went in a different direction to attractions or to eat & saw a lot of the Poconos. The lake was great for fishing from the canoe. The house is beautiful & had plenty of space for us, a family of 4. Our host was very clear on check in & what we needed to do before check out. Easy as can be!
