This is a very spacious house. Perfect for a family reunion or a big group of people that want to be together and enjoy cooking, bbq'ing and hanging out after a long hike or an incredible downhill mountain bike ride. I purchased this house because Downieville is a little piece of gold in heaven. It's such a sweet little town, and a great place to relax and turn it all off!

Why they chose this property

I loved this property because of the space it offers. It has a large living room and kitchen. Perfect for entertaining friends and family. The deck wraps around the entire house, and everyone just loves sitting on the deck and enjoying the views.

What makes this property unique

This house is well built. Stays cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and in on the SunnySide of the mountain, which means it gets full sun all year round. The house offers space to enjoy company but not be cramped in one room. This is just a short walk to town, and entertainment. This is the perfect house to have a small retreat, a family reunion or just a party with good friends. You can hang out on the deck, or in the main living room. There's enough space for everyone.
